The Model Innovation City program is a social justice literacy approach that gives every school, every family, and every community organization in the Okeechobee area free access to the Footsteps2Brilliance Enterprise App – a comprehensive English and Spanish literacy app that can be used on any mobile device or computer with or without an internet connection.
